Check List

We are so excited to get to know you better this summer at Sunnybrae! Wondering what you’ll need to bring to camp? Here are some important things that you will need and won’t want to forget at home:

A Bible (if you have one)

Notebook and pen

Clothes for a week of camp and a variety of weather conditions (including rain gear, extra shoes, a jacket, etc)

A good HAT that will shade you from too much sun

A sleeping bag and pillow

Toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)

A bathing suit and towel (no Bikinis, speedos, please!)

Sandals for the beach and runners for games

A flashlight

We ask that all clothing be neat, clean, nonrevealing, free of obscene or offensive printing and appropriate for the activity you are participating in. Swimwear is to be modest in nature and one piece suits are encouraged. Also, there are a few items that we don’t want you to pack. Please do not bring any valuable items (like expensive jewelry), skateboards or electronics (like iPods, gaming devices or cell phones).

Are you prone to losing stuff? We end up with so much lost and found at the end of each camp and we really want you to take all your stuff home with you! Please label your clothes and personal items before you come to camp to make sure you don’t forget anything!

Registration Information

KIDS AND TEEN CAMPS

We will be anticipating your arrival between 4:00 and 5:00 pm on Sunday. Registration will take place in the conference room with various lines available to get you checked in and on your way. Your cabin leaders will be waiting to meet you and get you settled in for your week of fun.

If you have any medication to take while you are at camp it needs to be given to the nurse during registration. Please make sure all medication is brought in its original packaging. Do not place in daily pill dispensers, unless done in blister packs by the pharmacy.

The Canteen will be open at this time if you would like to purchase camp t-shirts, treats, etc. We will also be collecting money for your canteen times during the week. (We suggest $20 for the week.) Money is kept on account with no direct cash purchases throughout camp in order to discourage theft and prevent loss.

All children and teen camps end on Friday night at 6:00 pm. Kids’ camps conclude with a short program. The canteen will be open for you to pick up any souvenirs you would like to buy. Don’t forget to pick up anything you ordered during online registration. Any canteen money you haven’t spent is available

FAMILY CAMPS

Registration begins at 3:00 pm on Sunday for family camps. Please come to the office to get checked in. The week concludes with breakfast on Saturday

Refund Policy

Your deposit is non-refundable and secures your registration. The balance of camp fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to your camp’s start date. Within 30 days of your camp’s start date, the balance may be refunded only if that camp is full and we are able to replace your spot with someone from our waiting list. Refunds for camp fees are not made for any campers unable to attend or leaving early for any reason, including health. Cigarettes, alcohol and illicit drugs are prohibited at camp. Sunnybrae Bible Camp reserves the right to dismiss a camper who appears to have rejected the reasonable control of the camp. Under such circumstances, there will be no refund of camping fees.
