Camper Sponsorship Application

Thank you for your interest in sending your child to Sunnybrae Bible Camp!

You have been sent this form based on your request for assistance in covering kids camp fees. SBC strives to make camp affordable to the families in our region, charging approximately 1/3 of what it actually costs per camper to attend a week of camp. The rest is covered by our amazing donors! Even so, we know circumstances can impact the family budget, and our donors who give towards our Sponsorship Program want to ensure that camp is accessible to any child who would like to attend.

We do require families to pay at least 50% of the camp fee to ensure the sponsorship program assists as many campers as possible. We are willing to set up a payment schedule over a period of time, if that would be of assistance! All payments need to be received before the start of the camp in which the camper is registered.

Camper sponsorship is available for regular kids & teen camps only, and does not extend to Specialty or Family Camps.
Camper sponsorship does not include Optional Items.

• If you would like to wait to make any payments until a decision is made surrounding Sponsorship, select Third Party as your payment type. Your registration will then be Pending payment (spot will not be held). 
• However, if you could like to Confirm your payment to hold your camper's spot between now and when a decision is made regarding Sponsorship, you may do so by paying the Deposit right away.
